From a customer payment to water in the pipe

A customer pays by M-Pesa, USSD or at an agent. The system generates an STS token, sends it by SMS, and the customer enters it on the meter. The sale posts to billing, and the meter dispenses the water they paid for.

Behind that simple flow sits vending, reconciliation, reporting and the integration with your meters and your books. That is what we build and keep running.

Postpaid billing too. Not every customer is on a prepaid meter. We also run postpaid water billing: meter reading capture, tariff and consumption billing, bill delivery by SMS or print, payment collection and arrears.
No API? Still fine. Where a meter platform or billing system has no clean API, we bridge it with scheduled exchange or a controlled database view, then keep both sides in step.

Any STS-compliant prepaid meter, since STS is an interoperable standard. For smart and AMI meters we integrate against the vendor protocol or platform. Send us the meter make and model and we will confirm.
Yes. We connect token vending to M-Pesa so a customer pays by paybill or USSD and gets the token by SMS automatically, with the sale reconciled to your books.
